The glitz of a black-tie dinner, a convention that brings people from miles apart together, through to a calendar of various workshops, seminars and multi-faceted events – all of these things require strategic promotion that attracts and retains attention.

Themes are often created for this type of work that aptly reflects the mood, colour and direction of the project. A livery of various themed materials, support advertising and various promotions are then rolled out to attract and entice the attention of potential participants.

The multi layering of collateral required for events and conferences can be quite extensive, encompassing more unusual items such as merchandising novelties, backdrops, stage sets, table settings, multimedia presentations, elegant invitations and sumptuous menus.

Over the years we have been involved in many of these projects – some of them quirky, many corporate, most of them intense! It's a challenging project management exercise and we enjoy a close working relationship with a number of professional Event Managers.
